President McKinley's reelection
campaign Isaac Reid owned the Reid Block at Broadway and Harvard. Isaac Reid owned a farm from Lansing to Harvard between East 55th and East 71st and sold a part of it to the City of Cleveland for the establishment of Harvard Grove Cemetery in 1881. Shown here is the Reid Building decked out in bunting for President McKinley's campaign stop in 1901. He would have arrived by train at the Pennsylvania Railroad's passenger terminal across the street.
